If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
Just one thing, that's hard. If I could change just one thing it would be to make people open-minded. If people were just more open-minded in general with all the issues that cause conflict, hurt, and inequality, we could co-exist better. There are a lot of people who have certain views on things and see them as black and white issues and they don't try to look at it a different way to see other perspectives. I hate when people think that only their way is right and try to change/judge people based on that.

What makes a person respectable?
A person is respectable when they truly care about themselves and the world around them. Someone who is tolerant of others and carries themselves with dignity and pride. You are a respectable person if you use common sense and reason.

What do you look for in a friend?
I look for someone who shares similar interests with me and is passionate about what they care about. I look for someone who is on the same speed as I am and who likes to just hang out and be silly. Of course a friend of mine would need to be honest and caring and not afraid to confide in me. I would need to be able to fully trust this person and feel safe in the fact that they wouldn't be judging me.

What are your hobbies?
My main hobby is expressing my creativity in various ways. I love digital art and design and I'm constantly inspired to make new things. I think I'm getting better as I continue to try new ways of doing things. I also love photography, scrapbooking, camping, reading, and watching TV.

Have or would you give time and money to a charity?
I've given to a few charities in the past. I gave money to Red Cross after September 11th and I've donated clothes and food to Good Will.

What is the one thing you would most like to accomplish?
I don't really know if this is considered and accomplishment but some day I would love to travel around Europe. I haven't been to too many places in the world and I desperately want to visit countries like Italy, France, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, & Germany. I really want to learn more about other cultures and meet new and interesting people.

Who is your role model?
I can't say I really have one single role model but someone who I greatly admire is my father. He's such a caring person who has always put his family's happiness and well-being before his. He's got a great sense of humor and he cares about our community and our world. I feel like I'm writing a generic essay about my dad but he truly is a wonderful person and father. Often when I'm in a situation and I'm having trouble I think about what he would do. He is such an important person to me.

What trait most annoys you about other people?
The trait that most annoys me about other people is selfishness. I think a lot of the things that bother me about people stems from them being selfish and not putting themselves in other peoples shoes. Most of the time I don't think people recognize their behavior as selfishness but if you take a closer look you would see it. One thing that some people do that bothers me to no end is blast their stereo at a volume that is obviously disruptive to the people around them. Again, I see this as selfishness.

What do you want to do for a living?
Well, this one is kind of hard because I'm already in a steady full time job. I'm not in school for various reasons so I'm not studying for a certain career. If I had to think of a dream job I would want to do something creative like photography. Since I was a kid I've always wanted to be the person who took those amazing photos for National Geographic magazine.

If your friend was attacked (by a person, animal, or (in the magic world) beast), what would you do?
That's scary to think about. I would of course try to help them in the best way possible and how I would do that depends on the specifics of the situation. If I could intervene somehow and stop the attack I would. If it looked like I would get seriously hurt then I would go for help so that we wouldn't both be unconscious and unable to go for help.

Would you ever use an Unforgivable Curse for any reason?
Yes, if it is a matter of protecting myself or a friend or someone who is defenseless like in the situation posed in the question above. I guess I would try to do what I could first without using it but if it was getting really bad then I'd use it.

What do you think are your top five abilities or qualities?
- Empathy. I often think about where the other person is coming from. I know not everyone is like me and it's not fair to judge them from just my perspective.
- Optimism. I'm constantly trying to think of the good things in my life and with the world in general. I don't like to make one small bad thing into drama.
- Loyalty. I care deeply about my family and friends and would do anything to make them happy and safe. I know they would do the same for me.
- Creativity. I don't mean just artistically. When I'm doing something that most people do a certain specific way, I try to think outside the box and mix it up a bit. I like that in myself.
- Sense of humor. I'm glad that I don't take things too seriously. I love to make my friends and family laugh. :)

What do you think are your top five weaknesses or worst qualities?
- Procrastination. I'm the queen of procrastination. There is always a reason with me to put things off.
- Messiness. I can't keep my room or my desk clean or organized for more than a couple of days.
- Shyness. It's hard for me to read people and know if someone generally likes me or if they are just being social and nice. This makes me a bit withdrawn.
- Academics. I grew up with a learning disability and I've always had a hard time in school. I don't have wonderful writing skills.
- Responsibilities. It's hard for me to remember to do things sometimes like taking my car to be serviced. I usually need help with those things.

Define in your own words the following key traits:
Courage: Doing something that's right or different even though it is the harder choice and sometimes takes a sacrifice.
Loyalty: Never turning away from something or someone that means a great deal to you. It's unconditional.
Intelligence: Intelligence isn't just about smarts but about how you share your knowledge and the drive to become more knowledgeable.
Ambition: It's what makes you go out and get what you want out of life. The desire to be more than what you are now.
