If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be? I think if I could change one thing about the world it would be ignorance in people. People sometimes say that ignorance is bliss and I've got friends who have said they'd rather go through life not corrupting their minds with all the mess of our culture, but I believe that our culture is already corrupted and if we don't understand what's going on around us, we won't be able to protect ourselves from it. Another problem with ignorance is it leads to judging things you don't know about. This is the root of clashing religions and political beliefs. We don't all have to agree but I think we should all be aware. I hate not knowing or understanding and I can't imagine why anyone would willingly keep themself in the dark.

What makes a person respectable? A person is respectable if they are willing to stand for what they believe in and intelligently defend their cause.

What do you look for in a friend? I look for someone who doesn't necessarilly have the same views as mine but is willing to respect my opinions anyway. I want to be able to have an intelligent conversation with my friends and sometimes even be able to get into a nice debate now and then without them getting all catty and defensive. I hurt peoples feelings too easily and too often to converse with the weak of heart.

What are your hobbies? My hobbies are reading and writing. I adore the English language.

Have or would you give time and money to a charity? I did the race for the cure for breast cancer not to long ago and we always give away our old clothes but I usually don't outwardly hand out money.

What is the one thing you would most like to accomplish? It is my goal in life to do something amazing. I want people to look on my life and be so amazed that they aspire to be like me and wish they were nearly so cool. I want people to look back on my life and realize it wasn't wasted.

Who is your role model? As much as I'd like to think I'm above this, my role model is probably my mother. She was valedictorian at her high school, went to MIT and earned her Ph.D and two Master's degrees. Even with all of her training, she was willing to give it all up, and quit her job because she decided she wanted something different with her life. I think it's very courageous to go after what you want foregoing all that you've done.

What trait most annoys you about other people? I get extremely annoyed when people are over-opinionated and loud about a subject they aren't well-versed in. I want to hit my head on a wall when people tell me they're right but they can't tell me why. Don't state your opinion if you haven't a clue what you're talking about.

What do you want to do for a living? I'm not quite sure if I'll stay with writing and become a published author, which I think would be very cool, or if I'll go more along the lines of editing. I do know I'm going to be an English major.

If your friend was attacked (by a person, animal, or (in the magic world) beast), what would you do? It depends on which friend was attacked. If some creature attacked one of my best friends I would stick it out and try to help them. If it attacked someone I wasn't too fond of to begin with, my attempt would be somewhat half-hearted and I would be more worried about saving myself. My sincerest apologies to whoever is left writhing in the jaws of said creature.

Would you ever use an Unforgivable Curse for any reason? I'd use an Unforgivable Curse if someone I love was in mortal danger.

What do you think are your top five abilities or qualities? I'm intelligent, funny, I can be nice when I want to, I'm loving in most scenarios, and I'm pretty decisive.

What do you think are your top five weaknesses or worst qualities? I'm willing to say what I think people need to hear and it makes me harsh sometimes, I lie to people when they ask me about things I don't care to expand upon, I'm sarcastic and pessimistic, and I don't pretend to care about the feelings of people who irk me.

Define in your own words the following key traits:
Courage: Courage is the willingness to stand for what you believe in even if you're afraid and people will most likely ridicule you.
Loyalty: Loyalty is something I'm not to good with. It's sticking with something or someone even when things are turning out for the worst.
Intelligence: Not only knowing a lot of things, though that certainly is an aspect, but desiring to know more. Intelligence is researching and learning about things you don't understand.
Ambition: Ambition is something I think is very important. It's being willing to do whatever it takes to get what you want.

What house do you think DOESN'T fit you? (This question is optional for those who feel they just DO NOT fit in a house. Please explain WHY.) Hufflepuff. I don't feel like I know as much about this house as the others because it's never interested me as much.
