- If you could teach one class at Hogwarts, what would it be and why?
Defense Against the Dark Arts, if only because they don't have an Appreciation of the Dark Arts class, or something like it. I think the dark arts, from a purely educational standpoint, are fascinating. Granted, they are destructive in the wrong hands, but instead of hiding from these things we should shed light on them and educate ourselves properly. This includes defense also.

Hermione. She's a fish out of water, but she holds herself up well, she is her own worst critic and can not see how talented she is. This is how I feel all the time. Also, I was tormented in school by the popular kids because I was different, so I know what she is going through.

- What was your ideal job as a kid? Has that changed? What is your ideal job now?
I wanted to be a lawyer, that's my first memory of a job I wanted. It changed when I got older and decided the world didn't need another lawyer. I have loved writing since I was in grade school, so that's what I've gone with.
