Personally, I think shoulders is a good length.

I cut Desiree's hair all the time, she's yet to say I've done a bad job. So if you figure out what you want I could do it for you if you don't want to go to some salon and pay loads of money. I hate getting my hair cut at salons, cause if they f it up you still have to pay them. >:(
