I'm going to stop crossposting to LJ. Comments are rare, and I feel sort of uneasy talking to an empty room. I am continuing to write (sometimes) at platypus.dreamwidth.org, and I'm happy to add anyone I know there. I'll leave comments open on this, and I'll always be happy to catch up with old LJ friends

If you aren't on Dreamwidth and still read here, I'll keep crossposting! It was mostly a feeling that nobody was reading here who wouldn't read there.

I still read here! I wanted to switch to Dreamwidth and cross-post but there's no way to upload images directly to posts there -- unless you know of one?

I don't think you can upload images from the create entry interface, but they do have image hosting (https://www.dreamwidth.org/file/new), so you can upload images there and then put them in entries. That's a little clumsier than the LJ version, but I'm willing to tolerate it (I mostly use flickr for images, anyway, but sometimes I want to upload something that I don't want appearing in my flickr stream).

I still read Livejournal now and then. But I'm also on Dreamwidth, so I shouldn't have a problem reading you there either.
