Fran has very sensitive senses of smell and hearing... so please tell me:

What can she smell/hear about YOU?This includes some spiritual stuff (she's sensitive to magick) but she will be curious about any kind of strange smell you have or strange sounds you make. (For example, Chii is mechanical and makes a lot of little mechanical sounds

Albert smells MANLY but also clean, like soap and antique books. There's a hint of dark magic, too, but it's weak and far away.

Seth has a light clean scent of herbal soap and tea. Again, she smells a bit off for a human--hints of blood and alien metal--but even to Fran those smells will be very, very faint.

Honlon, no matter her form, smells like dragon. And flowers, clean fire, burnt sugar.

Angel smells like the other demon cannibals, of hunger and blood, but usually overlaid with strong soap and chemicals. Also, magic.

Mithos smells COMPLETELY ALIEN, not like a living creature at all. He's made of and wields powerful magic. His body's not exactly an illusion, but it's totally inorganic. There is a distinct possibility he has no heartbeat.

Nyanko-sensei, in his feline or human forms, will smell like CAT and FISH and CANDY and BOOZE. In his true form he smells like ENORMOUS WILD PREDATOR. The first two forms also smell like weak spirit, but the true form smells really, really powerful.

Mikage smells like a baby dragon! Imagine huffing a feathery kitten with some ash in its fur. Buuuut he also smells human and has a scent of fruity shampoo, sunshine, and a bit of Teito's smell on him. He uses zaiphon, which is channeling living energy and is basically magic, so he might smell from that.

Latvia smells like clean teenage boy, but is also a country! Smells more like a place than a person.

The two interesting ones for me:

Molly - as a wizard from the Dresden Files, Molly carries her magic in a extremely blatant way. While she isn't a heavyweight, she can call up more power than average, qualifying her for membership to the Council if she doesn't get decapitated by them first. The magic in her presence will eventually break the technology around her, and the effect is that much more pronounced when she feels strong emotions.

Agrias - Agrias certainly sounds like what you'd expect from an elite knight of Ivalice. But she's been wearing perfume since Delita gave her some.

Imoen smells like death, she's loaded up with powerfully enchanted items, she's a wizard, and as a Bhaalspawn she is partially composed of the essence of Hell. According to the D&D system she would have a spiritual aura that's just overwhelming to whatever senses apply; indeed, in the first game, when someone who can see auras looks at a Bhaalspawn he reacts as if he's looking at a blinding light. The aura would linger well enough that she could be tracked by it.
