you need some meat; chicken, mostly grilled. even red meat is okay in moderation.
it's about the protein & such..

I lost 10lbs just by drinking water all the time, limiting my portions, and eating balanced meals.
I'll help ya out if you want.

Awesome start on those goals!

Why 15 pounds though? It's unhealthy to lose more than 5 or 6 pounds per month. I support your goal but I also want you to make healthy goals that you can meet easily. I know when my mom first started dieting a while ago she would set outrageous goals and then binge out of frustration when she didn't meet them.

I think Books-A-Million would be lucky if you worked there.

I want to watch SOB and Jezebel. And Casa Blanca. I seriously haven't seen it in so many years that I barely remember anything about it. I'm mixing the storyline up with tons of other movies. Maybe I haven't even seen it all the way through. I was like 9 when I saw it last.
