Dirge of Cerberus is a sequel to the RPG classic Final Fantasy VII. Interestingly enough, Square decided to make it into a third person shooter, rather than an RPG. Square-Enix introduced a lot of new changes to the Final Fantasy series with their latest installment, Final Fantasy 12. Of all these changes, perhaps Square-Enix's greatest and most important accomplishment is managing to fit really large areas on screen at once. FINAL FANTASY TACTICSFinal Fantasy Tactics is great, the story is so much better than all of the other RPGs I have played because it is set in a realistic setting. All of the characters appear to have genuine motives or reasons for doing the things they do, rather than just being inherently evil or vengeful. I played the first couple of levels of this game back when it came out, and didn't think much of it. It just seemed like a Devil May Cry clone, and I'm not really a fan of those games.
