Update

K so I spent 6 hours at the hospital the other night with horrible abdominal pain and fevers. They ran pretty much every test the could on me..ie, Ultrasound, CAT scan, blood/Urine tests, Pap test (which they saw one of my overys was swolen, but thats not out of the norm with me)..etc...still found nothing. I keep getting really hot, then shaking
