Measure the distance from the tip of your head to the floor. Then divide that by the distance from your belly button to the floor.
the answer is 1.618 (PHI).

Measure the distance from your shoulder to your fingertips, and then divide it by the distance from your elbow to your fingertips.

oh that's so much fun. we had to use the golden ration in art a lot this year to draw naked dudes and do self portraits. i recommend trying it it's a kick in ass.
