The melancholy post I began last evening (in my head) seems strangely far away now. Not quite irrelevant, just slipping back away into a box where it will remain as little more than a analog record of things in the past, yellowing and heavy with dust

I've been thinking of you often. I've been taking a modern dance class in Martha Connerton (of Kinetic Works)'s backyard - she built a studio behind her house this summer and rents it out. Possibly auditioning for her this weekend. I searched through my things this evening to see if I still had the program from your summer performance with her, but could not. I DID, however, find the show you did with the Asheville Contemporary Dance Theatre that I saw you in. You were always an inspiration to me. I'm sorry we've lost touch.

Yes, after a year of silence here I started up again, a bit. Strange to occupy an old space, but still, nice if it brings folks out of the woodwork!
I'm doing well. Busy as all get-out most of the time, but it balances out to be quite fabulous in the end, most of the time.
Do let me know how it goes with Kinetic Works! I enjoyed my summer there, it was quite a diverse experience.
