Am I watching a possible revolution in Iran? Am I seeing CNN barely cover it? Am I actually seeing the US keeping out of it, like we really, really should?

Strange times. If congress starts solving problems next, I think I may go get a CT to make sure I don't have a tumor making me hallucinate or something.

Are you watching CNN? If so, then no, you're not seeing it.

If, on the other hand, you're reading any of the Iranian twitter feeds, or Fark, or any of a host of other news blog sites, then yes. Yes, that's exactly what you're seeing.

There was an election, people fudged some numbers, other people got upset about it, lit some fires, people in gov't overreacted*, other people overreacted*, lots of chaos, dogs and cats, living together, mass hysteria.

* (depending on which side you believe, may have been perfectly reasonable reactions, etc.)
