This hurts me. Not just for you and your daughter... though for that too. But, you know, I grew up without my Dad because he chose not to be a part of my life. But here you are a good father who wants to be with your daughter and you can't be. I would take it to court Josh. Not for you, but for her... so that your daughter will have proof when she get older that her Daddy wanted her and her Mommy wouldn't let him. She will love you for that and you will avoid hurting her and having her grow up with scars like you and I both have had. I've been through this custody thing... and you know I was going to law school. And I live in TN. So, if you need any legal advice or anything you have my number.
