Sounds like someone needs a good dose of Crucio. *grabs wand*

But I definitely understand how you feel... if someone wrote a Trek book where there was a Dr. Vicki Manchester, I'd be pretty damn pissed too.

a little devil's advocate here, are there any other similarities between the characters other then the one name T'Lana? Because a quick search lead me to see the name was used before, and for a councilor in DS9 http://www.startrek.com/startrek/view/library/character/bio/1115326.html and here we have another RPer using the name for a vulcan child her C had http://www.14th.org/index.php?page=char_bio&id=485

It sucks when this happens, I had what seemed like a ship stolen but truthfully, they didn't. It just happened to be a ship, small, with the same name. It didn't have the history.

I recommend emailing Paramount and seeing what comes of it, other then that, what can you do?

I feel your pain.

I had a wicked, original concept for a Shadowrun character. His name was R26, and he was a clone gone mad that had been created to harvest his organs for a rich host.

They made it into a movie called The Island.

I CAME UP WITH THAT IDEA YEARS AGO!

*grumbles*
