I dont like lesbian because generally it's used in a different way than gay. For example: you would say "a gay man" but "a lesbian". Because it's working as a noun instead of an adjective, it's like it's more of your personality than it actually is.

Also, I dont see why women are so special that they need a separate word. I mean, we're great and all, but that's not really equality.
