Aerith was nervous, but wanted to give this everything she could. If having Zack in her life was on the line, then she would do everything she could to make sure he stayed. Losing him once was bad enough, but this second time...she didn't know if she could handle it. Touching her hair ribbon again, she smiled. Even when things were bleak and sad, she always had this to remind her of what their promise had been. She didn't know anything about this Edward person she would be fighting, but she hoped that she wouldn't have to fight too much...as long as she won, it wouldn't matter.
