I'm letting him crawl around my hand and on the bed. Glad the shelter owner told me he's still young enough to learn to bond and socialize.

That chinchilla was great. Ended up in a three-way decision between Spork, that one rat, and the chinchilla.

Gakuto took me to a shelter for non cat and dog animals that have to be left by their owners after they return to their home country. He got his ferrets there. I wanted a hedgehog.
