So, I have Life on the Murder Scene in my hot little hands; I'm not sure why I have it now, since I didn't think that the release date was until the 21st. Still, I'm sitting here looking at it and it was a nice surprise. It came with an autographed booklet and I'm having to sit on my hands not open the DVD and watch it right now ( Read more... )

I have no idea. I was shocked to say the least. I had it preordered from Amazon until I saw it go up on MCR's site with the autograph promo. I can only guess they pre-shipped for arrival on the 21st.

I saw the box from Warner Brothers music and couldn't figure out what it might be. The autographed booket is just the DVD flyer but it's signed...and then the one that actually goes with the DVD/CD is inside the boxed set.

that's bizarre. what with it not even being close to the date. (the day before, i could understand, but it's not even the 18th where you are, right?)

Exactly. It's still the evening of the 17th here in Illinois.

And I've promised not to watch this thing until a friend is here with me and she won't be here till the 24, wtf? Hehe. We were stressing about whether or not it would be shipped in time for us to watch while she was here and now it's here early and she's not here for 6 days..

She had it ordered from the MCR site too. About to call and see if she got hers. She's in the same time zone I am but a few states away.

I had no idea if I'd get the autographed booklet or not. I pre-ordered on the first day the MCR site had it available, but not until around mid-day. They said only the first 2000 but somewhere else it said the first 3000. I got lucky. Have listened to the audio tracks and am torturing myself by not watching the DVD's. I may die before I see them, in which case, I will them to you.
