Hi! I'm glad you posted! I liked your story. Do you have other stories you've heard in real life about Missed Connections resulting in reconnections (if only once)?

My mom is O (dunno about plusses or minuses). I am whatever my dad is, which is like B- or something (and they say it's why I had jaundice as a newborn and had to have shots in my ankle and get roasted under UV rays). Once at dinner the subject came up and our family friend-dad said "you better work on your B-" and we all laughed and then he said "man but your mom has a ZERO" and my mom was SOOOOOO SAAAAD but without missing a beat my brother said "it's not O for zero, it's O for OUTSTANDING!" and my mom was SOOOOOO full of gratitude to my brother for standing up for her. This is how I feel about blood types.

Yeah. My friend Tasos was a missed connection. And there was a really awkward conversation with a guy at the Nomad Cafe after I posted one. When I said O--, it's because of his name, not his blood type. But it was still nice of your brother.
