spent some time looking at GeSHi and I think I might end up moving code.plix.org over to it. it's a bit slower than Text_Highlighter, but it's a lot more in-line feature-wise with what I'm trying to do (Text_Highlighter was taking a good bit of time to even support some of the things GeSHi does by default ( Read more... )

hostees might wish to note that the multiviews feature of apache (mod_negotiation, specifically) has been turned off because of the effect it was having on mod_rewrite rules. if this bothers anyone they'd better have a pretty damn convincing reason to get me to turn it back on.
