Personality: Daisy is not like any other girl from the Mario series. While other girls are pink, fragile, and gentle, Princess Daisy is absolutely not. She's rowdy, loud, and a tomboy. While Daisy does wear a dress for necessary occasions, she is often seen, otherwise, in sporting gear. Only by default does she wear her princess dress. She's not afraid to get down and dirty and have fun with her friends. She's cheerful, always seen with a smile (unless she gets very serious in sports, when she gets a serious face on), and is full of energy, jumping and shouting about with joy, and never seeming to need much of a break. She can be very charming, able to get a very powerful star to give up a stamp that the player would normally have to work for with just a twirl, showing off her beauty.
Daisy plays sports with everything she's got and doesn't fear getting hurt. She puts her all into playing sports and is a competitive kind of girl. When playing her favourite sports, she gives her all, and always tries her best. Never giving up, but when she loses, she's not a sore loser. Second place in Mario Kart has her going 'Yahoo! Not too bad, right?'. She's a good person, just very competitive. She knows it's all in good fun, and always tries to have as much fun as she can. She's very social, trying to be friends with everyone she meets.
Princess Peach is an example of a very good friendship for her. Princess Peach is her best friend, and they have much fun together. They both know competitions are for fun, and they always compete with or against one another. Daisy will compete with or against anyone, and still try and become great friends with them. Almost everyone in the Mushroom Kingdom likes Daisy, minus Bowser, because she's so very friendly, and while she loves friends, when competition, she leaves her friendships behind. Not because she doesn't want to be friends, but because she wants to focus and win.

First Person Sample: Hi everyone! My name's Daisy! And I'm pumped to be here! Oh yeah, we're gonna fight and win the Pokemon League! My partner in this place is my Sunkern! She needs a name! [The video goes from Daisy to the Sunkern on the ground, who is happy and jumping about and very excited.]
Hey, Peach! Are you out there?! If you're there, don't worry! We'll catch up to you soon!
Third Person Sample: “Okay, bye mom!” She slammed the door shut, and hopped out of the house with her new Pokemon. I mean, sure, the woman wasn't actually her mom, but the woman was sweet enough, and reminded her of Peach! Except more of a mother. This thought was weird, though, and she should probably stop thinking it. She stepped onto the grass, and let Sunkern out of the Pokeball. “Alright, Sunkern! We need to practice for the gyms here!” She stood in front of her Pokemon and pumped her arms up in the air.
“Okay so, let's get right into shape!” She stood there, her arms at her sides. “We'll do Jumping Ja- oh, right.” She noticed Sunkern's lack of arms. “Okay, you can just jump! Let's do ten!” She started doing Jumping Jacks, as her PokeGear fell out. She didn't really notice it right away, but when she was done, she looked down, and saw it in front of Sunkern. She moved down, crouching, and picked it up. “Oh, hey, this is that PokeGear!” Flipping it open, she looked it over. “Hey, maybe Peach is on here!” She started to flip through it, reading whatever was on it. "Hm... nope! She's not here, Sunkern!"
The Sunkern looked confused. When Daisy looked down, she explained, “Oh, Princess Peach is my best friend! She's a super cool person! Maybe she's here! I hope so!” She looked at the adorable yellow Pokemon. But Sunkern was still confused. “When you see her, you'll know! She's super friendly, and loves everyone!” Moving down to pick her up. “Maybe I'll nickname you after her! You totally deserve an awesome nickname!” She smiled, and held her in her arms. “Now come on! Let's go! We have a lot to do here!” Sunkern chirped happily in her arms. “We're going to have so much fun together!”
