Hi: I have two friends who registered and can't go because they're in California with a sick parent. They can't get a refund but they can transfer the registrations. it's only $135 each, or two for $270 (they got the discount b/c they're TES members). It doesn't include the cost of the hotel or the banquet, just the classes, events, etc.
