i love this. its refreshing to read nino talk as serious as this. if given the time.. if only i could,, i would like to talk to him and ask his views on things. im having problems with work lately, so reading those things about work.. freshens me up and realize.. its not that bad after all. i just have to look at the brighter side of things. ^^.. thank you for translating this

Yep there are times when I feel like I might be oing down the wrong path, due to lack of self-confidence, but thinking of Nino that is always doing it, whether he likes it or not, really gives me the motivation to move forward.

Thanks for the translation! Nino is truly a deep individual. I especially like the part where he says "he fills in" where the others lack and you can totally notice that in all of their shows and actions together.

As for his necklace, I have read that he's said it's an omamori. It's like a talisman you get from shrines to ward off bad luck. I've also read that he changes it each New Year's.
