Nurina and I got separated through rescheduling, I had to go to the Pinatas, and she to the Polynesian Playground (sounds naughty, but it's just making ''Polynesian'' crafts). Pinatas wasn't nearly as exciting as it sounds, since we had to cut paper, and then make pompoms. The guy who supervised the booth turned out to be in Kuma - they played Bumbershoot last year, and appeared at Capitol Hill Block Party. I freaked out because they came on right after Razrez, and Chia and I left to get food during that time. He promised to bring me a CD tomorrow, what a sweetie.
I was too lazy to go check out any more bands, so I just hung out with Lauren while she volunteered and made fans (crappily). Some Asian guy named Joseph (or Dragon in Chinese) started talking to us for the last hour of her shift about politics and other stuff. He gave me his email address and phone number and told us to stay in touch. He's a senior.
At UW. Yeah.
I bought a bag with my 25% discount, and apparently it can fit a lot of stuff in here.
When Lauren got off her shift, we wanted to check out Harvey Danger, and we got in with relative ease. They were good, really liked the music, but they were boring on stage, so after picking up some stuff at The End's booth, we left, and got some African food to eat.
Then we walked about 12 blocks to the bus. SCORE.
