after writing last, i went to a 3-day "communication" camp in nagano with mine and two other classes in the stylist course. and after those 3 days (well actually after the first hour of being on the bus) i realized how much of a difference there is between me and my classmates. they just drove me insane. it was drama,drama,drama...like junior high ( Read more... )

WOW. You are meeting all sorts of cool people in Japan! I'm jealous! I'm just going to be a lowly assistant teacher for awhile (a year or three, we'll see).

And it was REALLY nice to see one of your posts again! I thought you had dissappeared from my FL forever. Missed the J-fashion updates.

by the way, what did you think of Project Runway? I know you said you had watched it, I found it rather enjoyable, but I was curious to hear your opinion. . ^.^

yeah, i dont write very often...on normal days im running around like a chicken without its head and dont have the enrgy to write, but my RM has been gone for 3 days so i needed to write to get it out ^^;

i loved PR... i was so amazed at some of the things these people came up with... dressmaking is such a deep and complicated science i cant quite wrap my head around... i just do as im told making my own little "adjustments" (usually to cover up mistakes) as i go along. im so glad jay won- i thought his final collection was so much fun, and the other chick was SO BORING. im looking forward to the next season ^^

I was VERY excited that Jay won. I think his collection was. . I don't know, the most original, the most reflective of who he is, and he just seriously had the best collection. I may be the least fashionable person when it comes to my own clothing habits, but I can definetly apperciate what I see. ^_^

I loved that show. . .I am very excited to see next season, but that requires either downloading it or getting Mommy-chan to record that on top of LOST and Desperate Housewives. Hmmm. . . heh heh. I wish I could design and create dresses like they did. I love pretty dresses, and if I could really draft and make clothes? The levels of understanding fabric and they way things come together is just beyond me. . . .

I understand being busy. I do miss your entries though! I hope you'll write more soon. ^_^
