yes, and its much better than being underground. or burnt into ash and spread over the sea for the fishies.

glad to see also that you are doing well (apparently some cat trouble went down?) I`ll never forget that YOU were the friend who made ms banks` head roll off.

meh, I think well is an overstatement, more like OK. the fucking cat is gone, thankfully.

I stir up shit when I can!

Sounds like you're busy with all sorts of stuff these days, I'd been wondering what you've been up to. What materials did you use to make the dress and the obi? I like playing with fabric, even if I'm not so great at making things with it.

Both the coat and the picture are fabulous: we need to talk sometime.

My new address is here if you need it.

Heya!! The dress was made from sha-awase, a double layered silk with hand dyed gradations and leaf print... very cool...and very 5K!! the obi was dark purple satin and crystals and purple rocks and bronze chunks. I am hopefully getting some photos soon!

I cant believe you are waaaaay the hell over there!! Hope the midwest is treating you well?!? Damn.

I just got back from 2.5 day weekend in Shiga. Feels good to be back.

hi!

yeah, man...paying for the flat is a fucking lot....but it has been interesting living alone for two weeks. i have never lived alone for so long! its so weird...but its sooo comfortable. the place is a fucking mess but im in the process of cleaning it inside-out and decorating. as soon as it is done, you should come over for a home party or something!

Speaking of the Japan Times, I saw Ogasawara-san the president of the Japan Times at a conference I attended today. I was amazed that not only does she speak perfect English, but she's still so young.

Nice to hear that you are still around in Tokyo! I was beginning to wonder what happened to you. Always love reading your posts about fashionand such, I only get to hear a little bit about what's going on in Osaka from my friend who practically lives at h.naoto. XD

Glad you're still kicking. And congratulations on graduating in March. 卒業おめでとう!

aw, thanks so much for the congrats.

I am still very much in the fashion industry, although the only difference from before is getting into all of the parties (and actually being INVITED, natch)

Tokyo is still great...I love riding around the city at night, it feels wonderful.
h.naoto debuted at japan fashion week this season. was pretty big news, and show was good---very good for them!! a big hit with foreign press

Close, I'm in England (I've been here almost three weeks) but in the second largest city-- Birmingham.
