I can't sleep. I think I have delayed circadian rhythms, and according to the research, sleep hygiene and consistent wake up times, and maybe stimulants during the day, and the most effective treatments.
Shit treatment. Anyways, I have been spending a lot of time in my room on the computer, and it's kinda hot, and I've been used to 10am wake ups, ( Read more... )

I am glad you like your new job.

You know...if you don't sleep much one night the tiredness normally helps you sleep the next night.
