Hello! I'm guessing that this is a post-Bicon commenty thing but you didn't ask for comments to be restricted to that (and I didn't go to Bicon) so I am going to talk about TASTY FOOD if that's OK :) Fine to unscreen (unless you don't want non-Bicon comments on this post, in which case it's fine to leave it screened).
Today I made pani puri (bought puri, pani from Tarla Dalal's recipe, chickpea and potato and red onion fillings). Alas, the mint I bought turned out to be bitter, and the coriander I bought turned out to be parsley, but I put sugar and extra salt and lemon in the pani and it was OK.
Also, hint hint, I seem to remember you were going to organise a Royal Palace trip...
