I have a friend here at work who is 5 1/2 months pregnant. I saw her about 1:30, and she just looked miserable. She told me she couldn't believe I'd been able to work right up until I had Megan. She said she kind of looked at me as what to go by since she's pregnant at the same time, and I'm one of the few people she knows who's been pregnant

Sorry, I just now checked this or I would have told you at dinner. Come to find out, her father passed away. That's why she was leaving in such a hurry. I had even gone to her class and asked the TA, and she didn't mention that. I guessed she assumed I knew, and that was why I'd stopped by. I told her I was "checking on her." Anyway, she wasn't feeling well, but at least the baby's okay. Her father hadn't been doing well for a while. I'm sure that's really upsetting to her, but also a relief that he's not in pain anymore.
