++ It's like a page of a storybook. I'm not sure if I like the rose part, but it's cute, the two of them walking off in the distance like that.
~ It's an interesting icon, but the rose makes it a bit too much. The rose doesn't really fit in with the rest of the background.

~ great blending of the image with the background texture, how the image is on the black part of the texture so it stands out and doesn't get lost
~ The red texture makes the coloring on the Doctor and Rose look weird. Try using a texture closer in color too your subjects, or a texture in a different color that goes well with the coloring in the icon.

+ They look so darn HAPPY! and I think you really captured it. Ten and Rose, the brightest things in the universe. Their world just consists of them.
~ The stars in the background are very noticeable - I think it would have looked much better with smaller stars.
~ Be careful when doing the lower saturation backgrounds. The coloring on this one looks a bit strange with the more colorful tonalities in the Doctor and Rose, and the blue desaturated background. You should go either totally desaturated on the whole image or colored. A bit more saturation and play with color layers might have made those colors pop. Also, try to avoid sparkles. They hardly ever look good in anything.

~ There's too much going on in the icon, it is extremely busy. Instead of that colorful, eye-catching texture, maybe the space not occupied by pictures of The Doctor/Rose could have been black or white? I like that you used multiple pictures.
