My downstairs neighbor, lets call him John, likes to play his guitar. He likes to play his guitar and even sometimes sing. Unfortunately for me he likes to play loud... as in really really really loud. As in, shit starts to vibrate and I cannot concentrate loud. This is horrible in itself, but to top it off he is bad, really really really bad
