I've started up an Orc Hunter on my brother's account. Not because I like the game, mind you, but because I'm hellbent on secretly ganking my boyfriend's Paladin.
Last time I checked, he was 72. Which is admittedly a long way to go on a level 3 character. I have a feeling, it'll get old real quick, but I may pass it around to other people who enjoy WoW if I don't get into it.
Yeah, there weren't any characters on that particular server and I think you still need to own a level 70. My brother's all about RP servers, while the boyfriend sticks to PvP. I told a mutual friend about it, so he may show up on the server just to give me goodies.
That's devotion... to something, anyway :PnivenusDecember 3 2008, 01:44:57 UTC
Not sure I understand the goal here, but then again I've never played WoW (which I assume is what you're talking about from what little I know of it).
On the subject of paladins, I've got to say I really like what they did with them in 4e, reimagining them as essentially defenders of the faithful. No more of that stuck in one mold crap like all the previous additions had. Neutral good paladins? Check. True neutral paladains? Check. Chaotic evil paladins? Check, baby.

Doesn't count if it's a prestige class. Blackguards didn't require one to be a paladin and while their features were similar, they simply weren't the same thing.
And besides - you're ignoring all the would be neutral good and true neutral paladins :P.
Oh sure... NOW you play WoW after I've quit, lol. At least you're playing Horde, because if you ended up playing Alliance, I'd have to lose all respect for you. :P
Ganking paladins (Alliance or Horde) is an excellent goal. I haven't played in over a year, and I still hate those little bitches and their pansy bubbles. They've nerfed paladins quite a bit since they gave them to the horde, so it's not such a freaking impossible pain in the ass to kill them anymore.
