Mass Effect 3

No spoilers, as I still haven't finished the game, but something I noticed in regards to the console version:

"Insert disc 2"  ... "Insert disc 1" ... "Insert disc 2" ... "Insert disc 1" etc, etc, ad naseum.

Am I not doing missions in the intended order or is this something other gamers have noticed?

I'm not playing on a console, but I've heard from others who are that there's just a ton of disk switching in this game so it's probably not you. Also, just so you know, you might want to totally stay off of LJ (or anywhere on the internets really) where there's a chance they'll talk about ME3 if you want to remain unspoiled. At least until you're finished anyway. There's an epic shitstorm happening that's bleeding beyond the fandom, that's so huge that I'm sort of amazed by it's ferocity and intensity. I've never seen anything quite like it before. So be aware and stay away until you're done with the game, lol.

I've been good about staying away from spoilers so far, but then again, I'm not really attached to any lj comms and most of my pals over here either don't use it anymore (or have unfriended me.)

Were you ever able to resolve the face glitch you had with your Shepard? When I imported a game, it did that for me too, but then I just re-imported and it was fine. The faces look a little different, anyway. Textures and colors are slightly different. My Shepard looked auburn in the first 2 and when I imported her, she turned brunette.

I kept her face, but changed her hair because I'm a dork and decided since there was a time lapse and she was docked, she'd have the time to go to a salon and revamp her look.

I ended up having to do the workaround from the forums to get both of their faces to import. Which sucked, but got the job done and I'm glad because I think I'm too neurotic not to have the right faces on the characters, lol.
