Our new playmate's been over more often than not in the last week or so. There's a very different feel with this new person than with the last we were with...I don't think of the new one as "my girlfriend" (as, again, I did with the former) but I don't think I have the energy (or the tact) to try to explain that further so I'm going to leave that

Male Pride Thing

I can only speak for myself, but I consider myself to be fairly typical male non/mild sadist, single-orgasmic dominant. When it comes to sex, I like to make sure everybody is happy (Everybody and happy being relative). Not being much of a sadist (I enjoy pain more for the shock and sensation-heightening values than for the actual pain) that means orgasms all around. And yes, it is a point of pride making sure she gets off as well (Sometimes it was fun just making her get off if she was challenging me and pretending to refuse orgasm). I always liked making sure that she enjoyed it just as much or more than I did. If she didn't, that meant I failed somehow.

If an orgasm isn't (necessarily) what you're looking for, you should find a way to communicate that to him. Unfortunately I can't think of a good way to do that.
