My family has been asking me lately about whether or not I plan on walking at commencement in May.  The expected response would be "of course," but I feel rather indifferent.  Walking would require me to wake up on a Saturday and devote all of it to this event.  You would think I'd be more excited, more proud.  I've never worked so hard in my life ( Read more... )

Could be a lark!!! I suppose because my graduation turned into such a nightmare, I just want everyone else's to be AWESOME!

Either way, do *something* to celebrate! It's *quite* an achievement and I know your fam ( not to say anything of your friends) are very proud of you.

When life is going by in a whirlwind, even when you're at the center of it, being that busy makes you feel like you've done nothing. I can attest personally to how much you've done and enjoyed.

I agree with the comment that maybe you should 'just stop'. Notice the world around you. Take a look at the small details and take enormous joy in them. It's hard to do that when you're planning the next thing when you're not yet done with what you're already doing!
