a bit of a sigh... moegirlsinging June 19 2006, 23:14:32 UTC

It's great to hear. If there is worry about a plane ride, what about taking a boat instead? I know it would be longer...but maybe it's an option.

It sounds like he's improved considerably, glad to hear it. I feel like I've been holding my breath the last couple of days. Fingers are still crossed of course. :)

tell your dad, now I see where his son gets it. ;)

He probably wouldn't make a boat ride. Doctors have been predicting days, so we are taking the only shot we realistically have.

He's stable, but he's not going to get better. The clot is still there, along with the thin tumors, and his entire left side is still paralyzed. It's a matter of time, in which there is no "quality" life left. We just want him to die in the presence of loved ones.

So, what exactly did his son "get from him?"

I still haven't been able to figure out what to say without sounding like an explosion in a Hallmark factory, but please know that I'm sending you, your dad and the rest of your family nothing but the best.

Ya know... pm_trombley July 2 2006, 05:40:27 UTC
that's perfect. There really isn't anything to say in such a situation, so saying that is actually more sincere in a weird sort of way

Thank you
