Halloween!

I like Halloween. But mostly I really like staying home and handing out candy and eating the candy I should be handing out.

This year I realized that I had a nice confluence of technology, and so I used the projector to project the mirror-mirror-on-the-wall face onto the blinds of the front window. Now people have to walk in front of an animated ( Read more... )

That's something Kelly and I miss a lot about Eugene. You don't get a lot of trick-or-treaters living on the second floor of a building with a locked front door.

Good luck on the picture thing. Perhaps I should give that another shot now that my phone has (an imaging device that approximates a) camera.

Spencer View was NUTS for trick-or-treaters, though. One year goteam and I went through 8+ bags of candy - and it's not like we were giving 1 bag to each person that came by, either. Where we live now we don't get nearly as many.

Pic a day? I hear that's a good tool for sparking creativity and growth. At least, there's a webcomic I read that did a comic a day, and Jonathan Coultan's famous "thing a week," too. Good luck with that.
