Easier said that done. But I wish you the best with it.

"I wish you the best with it"

No wishing necessary- I don't wait for it to happen, I MAKE it happen through my choices- and I realize it's MY choice how I choose to view adversity. I've lived both sides of this coin called life and I prefer Heads (Character Building) vs. Tails (Bitterness). It takes practice, but that's what life is- practice. When I have adversity and my 'life coin' lands on tails, I let it sit there as long as I need to, but I know heads is where I recover best, where I want to be and where I love myself best and take care of myself, so I don't take long to flip over to heads and live again. It used to take much longer to flip over (10 years ago I was on tails a lot), but I've learned and I keep remaining open to the lessons I'm taught.

Easier said that done? Yes absolutely- isn't everything? BUT it can be done. ;-)
