ok, first of all....does anyone have connections with a nurse/doctor. i need a mentor for allied health. i really want someone in labor and delivery/ er/ babies.....i want to be able to see ALOT of stuff. so if anyone can help me out or even just give me a name and number of someone you know, that would help out alot

how about getting in touch with an ob/gyn in the area... if they can't mentor you, im sure they can refer you to someone that does that sort of thing regularly.
that'd probably the best starting off point.

stu's dad has a hospital full of obgyns. you could ask him about it. also, you worked at women's hosp., didn't you? just head over there - unless you don't want that long drive, in which case i'd say get the phone book out and look around here. most nice doctors are open to that sort of thing, as long as it doesn't violate any privacy issues.
