I'm also endevoring to lose a bit myself. You see, I found this gorgeous dress that my mom says I'll never be able to fit at all. I am bound and determined to be able to wear it for my BFA show in march. So, time to step up the going to the gym thing.

You know what the key has been for me, not having much opportunity for physical activity this fall (though I intend on changing that, to not gaining?
Water. Whenever I'm at the computer, or watching tv, or anything, I always have a mug or bottle of water with me. Anytime I feel a bit peckish - time to start drinking the water more ;)
On a long night in front of the computer - I usually go through at least half a gallon :)
It keeps me doing something, and keeps me from feeling the urge to snack ;)
