citation help?

A few years ago, I published a speech that I ghost-wrote for a paying consultee who delivered that speech as a keynoter at a national convention. How do I cite that publication in my CV? His name is on the publication since I wrote it for him under a "work-for-hire" agreement, but I still want to add it into my CV as my publication.

Was there a contract for this? perhaps that would contain some guidance? Otherwise, I have no expertise in such matters!
