Matthew: Jessica and I are newlyweds and can't wait to start our lives together on the Island.
Jessica: We met some of our neighbors. Samantha has 5 kids and wants more! Matt and I want a family, so now I know who to go to for advice.
Matthew: Sanjay is also new to marriage, so I'm glad I'll have someone to relate to.
Jessica: We didn't really get to meet Samantha's husband. He kept muttering something about "flying grilled cheese bugs."
Matthew: The townies here are very friendly. One gave us a discount on all the furniture we want.
Matthew: Even though Jess and I want a family, we want to have financial security first. I make sure I let her have time to work on the skills she needs for her career as an Oceanographer.
Matthew: Meanwhile, I work on the skills for my job as an athlete.
Matthew: One morning during my workout, an old dog wandered by. I didn't want to leave him out there all alone, so I adopted him.
Jessica: Max is a sweet dog, and it's great to have something to love while we wait to have a baby.
Jessica: Our family may start growing sooner than we think, since Matt is doing great in his career.
Jessica: I'm moving up my career rather quickly too, so who knows, maybe next season we'll have a new bundle of joy.
