i've heard that if you eliminate meat from your diet, you actually end up feeling healthier and more energetic. any truth to that?
so i considered going meatless for lent, but then i realized that chinese new year's eve falls on ash wednesday. and i'm going home for dinner. my parents wouldn't be too thrilled if all i ate was veggies. maybe i'll start a day later and then end the day after easter?
