Well, US prosecutors have filed torture and assault charges against two men suspected of throwing an Australian tourist into a burning firepit on a Californian beach.

Ouch! Harsh but true. Anyway, I think the idea of holding a bbq in this guy's 'honour' is like giving Holocaust survivors a gas oven to cook a celebratory chicken in when the war finished. It's horrible irony.
