Yeah, Im just so pale that I should have used stronger sunscreen. I used SPF 30. I bought some SPF 70 for the future.

I know it has! Ive been working my ass off. Luckily my last paycheck has made it all worth it!

I read someplace that everything over SPF 30 is the same as 30 cuz after that our skin just can't take more sun anyway.. not sure if it's true though..

Also some sunscreen just protect against UVB, but a good one should protect against UVA and UVB..

The sunscreen doesn't mean you won't burn, it just mean it'll take your skin 30 times the time it usually takes to burn..

Fair skin sucks.. I'm having similar problem.. I can't stay in the sun long.. I burn easily and even with sunscreen it seems like my skin just starts getting red and itchy.. so I may be allergic to sun or something.. or to my sunscreen.. bleh!

I had heard something along the same lines but that it was over 50 SPF, I dunno. It seems to work better than the 30 but I guess that could be in my head.
Yeah, I read labels carefully to make sure its for UVA and UVB rays. You might want to try to get different sunscreen if it makes you itchy but yeah, I know what being allergic to the sun is like hah.

Get Lanacane in an aerosol spray can. It does wonders. Especially for the blisters.

I got a spray from the lady at walgreens but it seems to sting like no tomorrow... maybe its the wrong kind
