A while ago I went on this weird, marvel/dccomics rampage and would NOT stop talking about/drawing them, and I even threw in some new costume designs, SO HERE YA GO.

Okay, it is you computer. Specifically, you linked to a local file, something not on the internet ;P.
First off, you need to save as a PNG or JPG, not a BMP. PNG is simpler, since JPG will compress the shit out of your picture. MSPaint can save as PNG, as can just about everything else.
If your image URL starts with C:/, then it won't work for anybody but you. Go to a site like imgur.com or photobucket (I prefer imgur, personally) and find the files on your computer, once you upload it you can use it the same way you're linking to them on your computer, and other people will be able to see it :)
