I have been down for the count, both physically and mentally. I want to cry about everything... especially these people in New Orleans... I feel so bad.

Work, school clothes shopping and moping around feel bad about everything. That is what I have been doing...

The end.

I guess all that we can do for them is either [if you do] pray then pray for them and help donate money for them :\

Aww thank you so much sweetie.

I've missed you.

I've been praying as much as I can... but I still seem helpless. . .

You're such a nice person, Katie. The reason why it's bothering you is because you're so empathetic.

Don't feel so bad, though. Things like this happen, and besides praying and donating when you can, the best thing you can do is not let it affect your life too much. These people don't want their lives to bring you down. In fact, if they knew how much they were depressing you, I'm sure some of them would get depressed, and feel almost guilty. I would.

Keep your spirits up, because that's what the world needs when tragedy strikes it.
