When I was in kindergarten I figured out that I could yawn with my mouth closed, and by doing that learned to move my adam's apple around. At some point I saw a lion yawn at the zoo, and tried to yawn as big as it did- couldn't of course, but trying felt good because stretching any muscle feels good.
