As in add picture/video to the LJ POST or template?
If you're wondering about post, in 'post an entry'
the third button to the left of the font size,
it's an insert/edit image button.
Beside it is an embed media button for videos...

Feel free to ask me again if you don't know how to proceed from there~

umm, in template. when i want to post a captcha for picture, the picture won't come out even though the connection is good. and when i want to post videos from youtube, in my lj it is just the videos code, is ther any problem? thank you soooo much :DDDDDD may i add you? i am fadhilla, an indonesian and i am a new arashian. thank you for helping me :)

Hmm... Not very sure with LJ templates since I've only used basic html and never really experimented with LJ formats...
But my suggestion would be that you find a template that you like and then change the background pictures accordingly. Erms, are you familiar with HTMLs?? (cos this can get very wordy sorry.)

Just make sure that the and the thingy is inserted properly --> Sorry, I don't know your level of knowledge with html. Do you know this??

And yeah, feel free to add me though I have no lock post so it doesn't really matter.
