I'm making the effort to quit smoking by the end of the year. This week, I decided to not smoke while I'm at work - not on my breaks, not on my lunch hour, not before or after I clock in. To put it into a little perspective, I leave my house at 12:30, make it back into my car by 10:30. That's 10 hours of being smoke-free, and that's exciting to me

i just ordered an iphone sunday ...did you get the 16GB like I did? Did it ship earlier than they said or as late as possible...I cannot wait for mine to arrive!
yoga and meditation is a great idea...it will definitely help you with your quitting smoking goal...try pilates as well....i know it seems/is girly but it's my fave of the three...
anyway, wishing you the best on your new goals!
